It’s nice to get repeat custom, old faces, remembering good times and a reassurance that as a catering company we are doing something right! Both the BBQ on Friday, for Lafarge Cement UK, and the Wedding Hog Roast on Saturday, for Mrs Wise’s daughter, are repeat customers. Lafarge are celebrating an excellent year of Health and Safety by throwing a surprise BBQ for their workforce and this is the second daughter of Mrs Wise that we are catering for, we did her other daughter’s birthday three years ago.
But it looks like we will be having to get the wet weather covers out – this week has been full of gales and heavy rain across the country, but we should be ok, wind is always the biggest problem, but both venues are inside. We will be trying to get a ‘how to’ video out on our Hog Roasting capabilities this weekend, so we are hoping for some good weather.
