Welcome to the blog of Oakden, Apex, and Embers. Here we will be blogging on our year’s progress from our three businesses. These businesses are all linked within a specific market sector; the parent company, Oakden, is the market leader in all aspects of catering using fresh, local produce in the UK – as Embers we make the catering equipment we use, as Oakden Park Farm we have a market garden to grow the salad, herb and fruit crops we use in our catering jobs, as Apex we are one of the oldest and most experienced caterers for clients in the UK.
